Job Title: Social Media & Messaging Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistants to help manage social media creator accounts. This role involves daily content uploading, responding to messages, and maintaining active engagement on assigned accounts.

Each assistant will be assigned to a specific creator account and will be responsible for:

Downloading and uploading videos/content to the assigned account
Posting content multiple times per day
Monitoring incoming messages and replying in a timely manner
Staying on standby during scheduled working hours to respond to new messages
Maintaining consistent activity and engagement on the account
Following communication guidelines and creator-specific instructions

Applicants must be comfortable communicating online while portraying the personality and communication style of young social media creators between the ages of 18–25. Training will be provided on tone, slang, messaging style, and account management expectations.

Requirements:

Stable internet connection
Ability to work remotely and remain responsive during assigned shifts
Good written English
Comfortable using social media platforms and messaging systems
Able to follow instructions closely and adapt to different creator personalities/styles
Consistent availability for daily uploads and message responses
Organized and dependable

Preferred:

Experience with social media management, customer support, or online chatting
Familiarity with internet slang, trends, and online culture
Experience handling multiple conversations at once
