JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leads & Claims Specialist to join our growing roofing and solar company. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers, roofing consultants, and insurance companies — ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the very first point of contact all the way through the claims process.
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong follow-through, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple leads and claims simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and manage leads to Roofing Consultants within performance-based guidelines set by management
Reach out to new leads, understand their needs, and provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
Follow up with customers after roofing inspections within 72 hours via phone, text, and email
Proactively contact Roofing Consultants after each inspection to collect notes, photos, and relevant documentation within the same business day
Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on active claims, document every conversation with date, time, representative name, and outcome
Submit required documents to insurance companies and keep homeowners informed throughout the entire claims process
Keep all leads, contact records, notes, statuses, and pipeline stages fully updated in Go High Level before the end of each business day
Maintain accurate job files, documents, photos, and inspection reports in Job Nimbus in real time
Ensure both Go High Level and Job Nimbus are synchronized at all times — resolve any discrepancies the same day
Meet weekly lead acquisition goals and follow up on claims on a weekly basis
Support the sales team through cold calling, mailers, and innovative marketing efforts


Requirements

Bilingual: Spanish and English speaker is a BIG PLUS
Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic communication style
Experience using CRM platforms (Go High Level and/or Job Nimbus preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable with minimal supervision
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience in the roofing or insurance industry is a plus


Work Setup

100% Remote
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Must be available during US business hours
