Credit Repair Dispute Specialist — Part Time (Caribbean/Latin America)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our growing credit repair team. You'll manage the dispute process end-to-end: retrieving client information, reading credit reports, creating disputes inside credit repair CRM platforms, and calling the credit bureaus directly on behalf of clients.

What You'll Do

Read and analyze US credit reports to identify inaccuracies. Create and send dispute letters through credit repair CRM platforms. Make outbound calls to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion on behalf of clients. Track all dispute activity and client updates in Microsoft Excel. Follow FCRA, CFPB, and BBB compliance guidelines. Absorb training materials and implement feedback quickly.

What We Need
Experience with at least one credit repair CRM — Dispute Panda, Credit Repair Cloud, or Dispute Fox. Basic to intermediate knowledge of the US credit system and FCRA regulations. Strong English writing and speaking skills — grammar and clarity matter. Comfort making phone calls to US-based credit bureaus in English. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Superior note-taking and organizational habits. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus.

The Details
Twenty hours per week — four hours daily, five days a week. Flexible scheduling within your weekly hours, but must be available during US business hours for bureau calls. Compensation: six hundred dollars per month. Extensive training videos provided. Growth potential over time.
