Looking for UGC/TikTok Creators

We’re currently building a young and energetic team of content creators focused on short form content for trading brand (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) for long term. No prior experience needed. You can also work as complete beginner.

What creators will do:
1. Need to create brand new accounts on 3 socials
2. Create and post 1 video in 2 days alternatively
3. Work on their content (we guide them on which format they will post)
4. Stay consistent and improve over time

Requirements:
1. Age preferably under 22
2. Confident speaking on camera by being visible.
3. Access to a clear camera quality with modern phone (highly recomended), laptop and internet
4. Clean and simple background. No noise or any rough area
5. Willingness to stay consistent and work for long term

Nice to have (Not required)
1. Providing some value to content. LED lights, good background,
2. Can create scroll stopping reels
3. Creative mindest

Salary & Bonuses
1. Fixed pay per video OR monthly salary (discussed after hiring)
2. Bonuses on viral videos
3. Payments are usually handled digitally (depending on convenience)
