About the role:
We're an e-commerce business in the health and beauty space looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Creative Strategist who blends sharp creative thinking with structured execution. You'll own the ideation and production of scroll-stopping ad creatives across the full funnel, from cold-audience awareness through to purchase using AI tools, data-led thinking, and a relentless focus on output quality and speed.
Funnel awareness - what you'll be creating for:
Top of funnel:
- Cold audience. Pattern interrupt hooks, broad pain/desire angles, brand discovery.
Middle of funnel:
- Warm audiences. Objection handling, education, social proof, deeper storytelling.
Bottom of funnel:
- High intent. Direct response, urgency, offer-led, retargeting angles.
What you'll do:
- Develop and iterate on ad creatives with clear strategic purpose at every awareness stage
- Produce purposeful creative iterations - not just variations, but angles rooted in psychology and consumer awareness
- Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Claude) to accelerate production without sacrificing quality
- Design and assemble ad assets in Canva to a high standard
- Analyse creative performance and apply learnings to the next iteration cycle
- Follow SOPs precisely and flag anything that needs updating or clarifying
- Manage your own output efficiently, hitting deadlines with high creative volume
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a creative strategist — not just content creation
- Ability to create both image and video creatives
- Proven track record running Meta ad creatives for health and beauty products
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and awareness-level messaging
- Experience with Higgsfield and Claude (or comparable AI tools) for creative production
- Comfortable working in Canva to produce polished ad assets
- Comfortable finding competitors on tools such as Ad library to find other ads for reference
- A mindset built for volume you can produce a lot, fast, without cutting corners
- SOP-disciplined you follow processes carefully and don't freelance the brief
- Fluent English, written and spoken clear communication is non-negotiable
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a capable working setup

Non-negotiables:
- Minimum 1 year verifiable experience specifically as a creative strategist
- Direct Meta ads experience in health and beauty (portfolio or case study required)
- Actively uses AI tools in your workflow not just aware of them
- Stable, fast internet and a proper working setup (laptop/PC, quiet environment)
- Strong spoken and written English you'll need to communicate, brief, and receive feedback clearly
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely this is a process-driven role
