Experienced IT Developer - LARAVEL

Looking for very senior Laravel developer who is already employed full-time who can work part-time 15-20 hours a week (60-80 hours/month) replicating existing WordPress site and converting it to Laravel and add automation. Person needs to have at least 10 years’ experience, and SPECIALIZE in Laravel, React, and My SQL, adding automation to the sites, have familiarity with A.I. Candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency and provide references attesting to experience. Project will take at least 500 hours split into 3 phases. Phase 1 is the replication of the existing sites per approved Figma presentations. Phase 2 will be to replicate and fine tune a sophisticated application form and add automation (new), and to add automation to the site. Phase 3 will be additional tasks details of which will follow once Phases 1 & 2 are completed. You will be required to provide detailed estimation based on provided breakdown, past work history, checkable references, and to show examples of other sites worked on.
