Instagram Outreach / Lead Gen

The Perfect Plat is seeking a part-time Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business by reaching out to local real estate agents throughout the Richmond, Chesterfield, and Henrico markets. In this role, you'll send personalized Instagram direct messages and emails to realtors, introducing them to our premium real estate media services, including listing photography, cinematic drone footage, branded agent videos, and floor plans. You'll be given a pre-written message to send directly to these realtors and be responsible for researching and identifying active agents in the area, with guidance on how to find them and who to reach out to. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with Instagram and email outreach best practices, and the discipline to hit daily and weekly outreach quotas without micromanagement. Experience in real estate, sales development, or social media engagement is a plus. This is a remote, flexible position with performance-based bonus potential tied to booked shoots.
