JOB DESCRIPTION
I need an experienced GoHighLevel VA to migrate 41 newsletter posts from Kajabi into GoHighLevel as blog posts. This is a one-time project with a clear start and finish. You must have real hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel (Sites - Blog section specifically).

Note: This is a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel (Autopilot Clients). The blog section is identical to GHL Sites- Blog.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Migrate 41 newsletter posts from Kajabi into GoHighLevel blog
Copy content exactly as written (no editing or rewriting)
Recreate each post inside GoHighLevel (Sites - Blog)
Preserve formatting and images
Re-upload images directly into GoHighLevel (no hotlinking)
Set SEO fields (see important rule below)
Make sure each post is correctly published
Update tracking sheet with completed blog URLs

SEO FIELDS — IMPORTANT RULE
Each post has two sections: the main article and a personal section called "Noriko's Notes."

ALL SEO fields must be based on the MAIN ARTICLE ONLY. Do not reference Noriko's Notes, personal stories in any SEO field.

This applies to:

Meta title (same as post title, under 60 characters)
Meta description (1–2 sentences, under 160 characters — main article content only)
URL slug (provided in tracking sheet — copy exactly)
Tags (provided in tracking sheet — copy exactly)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You MUST have experience with GoHighLevel, specifically:

Sites - Blog (required)
Creating blog posts inside GoHighLevel
Basic SEO setup (titles, descriptions, slugs, tags)
Uploading images in GHL

NOT A GOOD FIT IF YOU ONLY HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

Funnels only
CRM only
Automations/workflows only (no Blog experience)
General VA work without GoHighLevel experience

PAID TEST TASK (REQUIRED)
Before full hire, you will complete a paid test of 1 blog post at $10 flat.
This test will confirm:

You can use GoHighLevel Blog correctly
You follow instructions exactly
You handle images properly
You complete SEO fields correctly — article only, not Noriko's Notes

The test is paid regardless of outcome.

WORK STRUCTURE

Work reviewed in batches of 5–10 posts before continuing
Tracking sheet provided with all titles, URLs, slugs, tags, and categories
Sample completed post provided as formatting reference

TIME EXPECTATION

15–20 minutes per post once familiar with the process
41 posts = ~10–14 hours total
Maximum expected: 20 hours

ONGOING WORK
This is a one-time project with potential for ongoing work. If you are reliable and detail-oriented, there is regular content formatting and blog uploading work available after this migration.

BUDGET
Flat rate: $150 for all 41 posts
Test task: $10 flat (paid regardless of outcome)
Payment structure: 50% upfront ($75), 50% on completion ($75)
