## The Role
We are hiring a full-time Paid Media & Marketing Operations Manager.
Your role will involve managing campaigns, improving systems, building reporting processes, working with AI tools, solving operational problems, and helping us deliver better outcomes for clients.
You will work directly with the founder and become heavily involved in the operational side of the agency.
This is a dynamic role, not a repetitive VA role.
Some weeks you may be:
* launching Meta campaigns
* optimising Google Ads campaigns
* improving reporting systems
* troubleshooting tracking issues
* improving attribution accuracy
* helping build AI workflows
* auditing landing pages
* improving internal systems
* managing Shopify marketing tasks
* identifying inefficiencies before anybody else notices them
We value initiative very highly.
You should already be comfortable independently launching and managing campaigns.
If you wait to be told every small step, this role is not for you.

## What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
* Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Monitoring performance and improving campaign results
* Creating and improving reporting systems
* Building dashboards and client reporting workflows
* Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
* Managing Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Events Manager setups
* Diagnosing tracking issues and ensuring accurate attribution
* Working with AI tools to improve efficiency
* Assisting with SEO-related tasks and strategy
* Helping improve agency systems and operations
* Identifying problems proactively and solving them independently
* Supporting onboarding workflows for new clients
* Working with Shopify stores where required
* Providing weekly campaign updates and operational updates
Potential future client-facing opportunities are available for candidates with exceptional communication skills and presentation ability.
