We provide the leads for you to call using a headset that you connect to your PC. Your daily goal is to reach out to the assigned leads and convince clients to work with us by collecting their current pricing schedules called merchant statements and scheduling meetings for price comparisons to be done by our senior agents. A bonus is awarded for every statement that you receive whether or not the account actually converts to BAMS.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

- Maintain work hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
- Contact assigned business owners by phone and email about providing a price comparison of BAMS services.
- Update your CRM's notes and schedule follow ups.
- Professionally and effectively communicate with managers and reach target goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to quickly familiarize yourself with the payment processing industry.
- Possess strong computer skills and previous experience working in a call center environment.
- Possess a fast computer with webcam and reliable internet connection.
- Access to a private workspace without background noise during business hours.
