We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a core member of our client services team, working closely with our Office Manager to ensure our clients receive consistent, professional, and responsive support throughout their credit repair journey. This is not a passive administrative role — we need someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and takes initiative without being told twice.
What You Will Do
• Process credit dispute results and update client files accurately in DisputeFox
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and
• Manage and update client records across our CRM platforms (DisputeFox and HubSpot)
• Import new client files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Monitor client file statuses and flag issues that need escalation
• Coordinate internally with our dispute team and office manager on client updates
• Assist with general client communications via phone,
• Complete and submit a detailed End of Day (EOD) report every day
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in credit repair or a credit-related CRM environment
• DisputeFox experience strongly preferred — this is a significant advantage
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with credit reports from all three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) Smart Credit and Identity IQ
• Preferably bilingual — English and Spanish, written and spoken, at a professional level (not particularly a must)
• Excellent communication skills — clear, warm, and professional on every interaction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously
• Self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
• Available and responsive during all scheduled hours
