BIM Modeller (Revit), Scan to BIM

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Modeller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, generating construction documents, and ensuring seamless project coordination. If you have a strong eye for detail and love bringing architectural/engineering designs to life, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality 3D BIM models (Architecture) using Revit.

Extract accurate 2D documentation, schedules, and drawing sheets from the BIM model.

As-Built verification

Identify, report, and resolve clashes or design discrepancies.

Adhere to company and project-specific BIM standards and templates.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers remotely.

Required Qualifications

license PH Architect

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeller.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Civil3d is a plus).

Skills: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, drafting standards, and clash detection.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Work Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a capable workstation.
