We are a growing U.S. personal injury law firm looking for a full time Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and SEO Assistant.
This person will help manage our online presence, edit videos and photos, post content on social media, help with SEO, assist with blog writing, update our WordPress website, and manage our Google Business Profile.
We are looking for someone creative, organized, reliable, and experienced in social media marketing, especially for professional services, law firms, medical offices, or similar businesses.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, U.S.
8 hours of work per day with a 1 hour unpaid break.
Compensation
$800 Monthly
Paid every 2 weeks. You will receive a promotion after 6 months.
Raises, bonuses, and promotion opportunities may be available based on performance, reliability, and results.
Required Qualifications
The applicant must have:
Experience as a Social Media Manager
Must have experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, law firm, medical office, or professional service company.
Strong video editing skills
Must be very good at editing short form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
Strong photo and graphic editing skills
Must be able to edit pictures, create social media graphics, design posts, improve images, and prepare professional looking content.
SEO knowledge
Must understand basic and local SEO, including keywords, page titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, blog topics, Google Business Profile optimization, and how to improve website visibility on Google.
WordPress experience
Must know how to edit and update a WordPress website, upload blogs, update pages, add images, format content, and make basic website changes.
Google Business Profile experience
Must know how to update and manage a Google Business Profile, including posts, photos, services, business information, reviews, and local SEO improvements.
Blog writing and content support
Must be able to help write, edit, and format blog posts for a personal injury law firm. Must understand how to use keywords naturally without making the content sound robotic.
Good English communication skills
Must be able to communicate clearly in English, write captions, assist with blog content, and understand instructions.
Knowledge of social media platforms
Must be comfortable posting and managing content on:
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
Facebook
Google Business Profile
Good computer and internet skills
Must be organized, fast with technology, and able to use online tools for editing, posting, scheduling, SEO, and website management.
Main Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager and SEO Assistant will help with:

Posting content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
Writing captions and hashtags
Researching keywords for personal injury law firm marketing
Helping improve website SEO
Updating and editing WordPress website pages
Uploading and formatting blog posts
Writing or assisting with law firm blog content
Managing Google Business Profile updates
Tracking social media performance
Helping create content ideas for a personal injury law firm
Making sure the law firm’s online presence looks professional and active
