# 1. Role Overview
We run a Shopify store selling Catholic devotional gifts and are looking for a part-time Digital Marketer & Meta Ads Specialist to help guide Shopify growth and Meta lead ad strategy.
This role may fit someone with a background as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Marketer, Meta Ads Specialist, Paid Social Specialist, Growth Marketer, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, or Funnel Strategist, especially if you have Shopify/ecommerce and Klaviyo experience.
I will do most of the hands-on work inside Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and Meta Ads Manager. I mainly need someone experienced enough to meet with me weekly (via screen share), help me stay focused, review ad creatives and funnel ideas, analyze Meta ad results, and help me choose the next best action.
The goal is simple: Help me stay on track to complete 1-3 Shopify growth deliverables each week and make better decisions around Meta lead ads, creatives, landing pages, product paths, and Klaviyo follow-up.
I do not want a yes-person. I need someone who can push back when an idea is weak, a creative is unclear, or a strategy likely will not work.

# 2. Required Experience (Mandatory!)
Please apply only if you have:
* 2+ years of hands-on Meta/Facebook ads experience
* 1+ year of Shopify experience
* Experience reviewing ad creatives, hooks, angles, and messaging
* Ability to read basic ad metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPM, ATC, checkout, purchase, and AOV
* Familiarity with Klaviyo, welcome flows, lead capture, and
* Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
* Ability to think in 30 to 90 day goals and break them into weekly steps
* Clear written English and strong follow-up habits
This role is for someone who is at an advanced level in Meta Ads and at least intermediate to advanced level in Shopify and Klaviyo/email marketing.

* Reviewing ad creatives and funnel ideas
* Giving honest feedback on hooks, visuals, offers, and customer journey
* Looking at ad campaign results and identifying likely bottlenecks
* Breaking larger 30 to 90 day goals into weekly action steps
* Diligently documenting results, next steps, deadlines, and Definition of Done in a Google Doc during/after calls and async check-ins
