Architect who uses Revit - Fast turn around 3-5 days

I’m converting an existing retail space into a coffee shop and need a skilled architect or I have a

This is a quick turnaround project, so I’m looking for someone experienced in commercial interiors (restaurants/coffee shops preferred) who can work efficiently and communicate clearly.

What I already have:
- Detailed existing floor plan
- 2D CAD
- Photos and videos of the space
- Equipment list (espresso machine, etc.)
- Known plumbing, HVAC, and electrical locations
- Concept layout (seating, bar flow, etc.)

Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Code / Permit Set):
- Existing + proposed floor plans (dimensioned)
- Equipment layout
- Plumbing plan (include mop sink + hand sink)
- Electrical plan (include 220V outlet)
- Subject for job must be " Revit Expert"
- Reflected ceiling plan
- Basic ADA-compliant layout

Deliverables:
- CAD files (DWG preferred)
- PDF set for review

Timeline:
- First draft: 3–5 days
- Revisions: quick turnaround expected

Important:
- Must have experience with commercial layouts (coffee shop/restaurant is a plus)
- Must understand basic U.S. code considerations (ADA, spacing, etc.)
- This is for permit review drawings, not just 3D visuals
