JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top talent for real estate positions. The ideal candidate has recruiting experience, understands real estate roles, and can manage multiple hiring pipelines efficiently in a remote environment.

Job Description:
1. Support full-cycle recruitment for real estate and administrative roles, including Agents, Transaction Coordinators, Property Managers, Leasing Agents, and Admin/VA positions.
2. Create, post, and manage job advertisements across relevant job platforms and social channels.
3. Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal/external databases.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
6. Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to support hiring decisions.
7. Communicate professionally and timely with candidates throughout the hiring process.
8. Assist with onboarding preparation and hiring documentation as needed.
9. Maintain organized recruitment records and ensure data accuracy.
10. Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
2. Experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruitment VA
3. Experience recruiting for real estate roles (preferred)
4. Strong English communication skills
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
6. Ability to work independently and remotely
7. Can work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
