Strong Graphics Designer (site design, logo, banners, etc.) With HTML Knowledge

We are an American company looking to hire 1 person for this position.

To qualify, you must have:

1) Excellent art and design skills with Adobe
2) Ability to create web 2.0 -styled looks with CSS 3 or 4
3) HTML knowledge for creating "web-ready" design
4) Ability to create boxes, banners, logos, and whole site layouts if necessary
