We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist / Amazon Ads Manager to help launch and grow a new Amazon US brand from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who has real hands-on experience with new product launches, keyword ranking, campaign structure, and careful ad spend management during the early stage.
You will work directly with the founder and help make key PPC decisions, including which keywords to test, when to scale, when to reduce spend, and how PPC can support organic ranking and long-term growth.
This is not a maintenance-only PPC role. We need someone who can think strategically, analyze data clearly, and help build a smart launch-stage advertising strategy.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage Amazon PPC campaigns for a new brand with limited sales history.
Create a launch-stage PPC structure, including Sponsored Products, keyword campaigns, product targeting, and defensive campaigns where needed.
Conduct keyword research using Helium 10, DataDive, Amazon search data, or similar tools.
Identify high-relevance keywords for ranking, testing, and scaling.
Optimize bids, budgets, placements, match types, and search term reports.
Monitor key metrics such as ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, CPC, sales, and keyword ranking.
Use PPC data to support organic keyword ranking and listing improvement decisions.
Recommend when to scale, pause, reduce bids, restructure campaigns, or test new keyword groups.
Provide clear weekly performance updates with insights, not just raw numbers.
Work closely with the founder on launch strategy, listing optimization, keyword placement, and growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
You are a good fit if you have hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC for product launches or early-stage brands.
You understand that launch-stage PPC is different from managing mature listings. You know how to test carefully, avoid wasting spend, and make smart decisions even when there is limited data.
You should be comfortable working independently, explaining your strategy clearly, and making practical recommendations based on performance.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience.
Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, keyword targeting, product targeting, match types, bidding, placements, and campaign structure.
Experience with Amazon product launches, ranking strategy, or building campaigns from scratch.
Strong knowledge of ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, CPC, keyword ranking, and sales efficiency.
Experience using Helium 10, DataDive, Brand Analytics, or similar tools.
Ability to analyze performance and explain what should be changed, scaled, paused, or tested next.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and directly with the founder.
Nice to Have
Experience with baby, toddler, home, pet, or practical consumer product categories.
Experience improving listings based on PPC data.
Experience with keyword ranking strategy, launch budgets, and early-stage scaling.
Compensation and Work Setup
This role can grow as the brand scales and campaign performance proves strong. We may start with a paid trial period to evaluate fit, communication, and PPC strategy before moving into a longer-term role.
We offer a part-time base rate plus the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to agreed KPIs such as campaign efficiency, ranking progress, sales growth, and TACoS improvement.
You will report directly to the founder.
