Personal Brand & Content Monetization Strategist

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Personal Brand & Content Monetization Strategist to help grow, monetize, and scale Michael Turell’s online presence across multiple platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.

This role is NOT for a basic social media manager or graphic designer.

The primary goal is to help build Michael Turell into a recognized media personality, author, speaker, and monetized creator brand while helping lay the foundation for future large-scale projects, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and crowdfunding campaigns.

Responsibilities
Content Monetization & Platform Growth
Develop strategies to grow and monetize Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat accounts
Optimize content for monetization eligibility and revenue growth
Identify viral content opportunities and trends
Improve audience retention, watch time, engagement, and conversion metrics
Build long-term platform growth strategies
Personal Brand Development

Content Strategy & Execution
Plan and organize short-form and long-form content strategies
Help create viral hooks, captions, scripts, and storytelling angles
Coordinate with editors/designers when necessary
Assist with content calendars and publishing strategies
Help improve organic reach and audience engagement

Funnel & Audience Building
Work alongside website and funnel development projects
Help grow email and SMS subscriber lists
Build lead magnet and community growth strategies
Support speaking funnel and personal brand funnel optimization
Help prepare audience infrastructure for future book launches and crowdfunding campaigns

Speaking & Media Growth
Help identify podcast, interview, and speaking opportunities
Assist with PR positioning and media visibility
Build authority positioning strategies

Sponsorship & Partnership Opportunities
Help identify aligned sponsorship and partnership opportunities
Research creator brand collaboration opportunities
Assist with monetization expansion strategies

Requirements
Proven experience growing and monetizing creator accounts
Strong understanding of Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat monetization systems
Experience with viral content and audience growth strategies
Strong storytelling and personal branding skills
Understanding of creator economy business models
Familiarity with GoHighLevel funnels and audience-building systems preferred
Experience with authors, speakers, entrepreneurs, or personal brands is a plus
Ability to provide screenshots, analytics, case studies, or proof of results
Strong communication and consistent reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience helping creators become monetized
Understanding of sponsorship acquisition
Experience with crowdfunding or launch campaigns
Video scripting or hook-writing experience
Knowledge of short-form video optimization
Understanding of conversion-focused funnels
