Part-time video editor

We are looking for a part-time video editor. Your role will be to take long form video recordings and edit them to be:
1. Suitable for long-form Youtube videos
2. Broken up into reels/shorts

The editing does not need to be complex. Currently it involves:
- Youtube long form. Using Descript to do Eye Contact and Studio Sound as necessary, then lightly editing out gaps and filler words. Each video has 2 x YouTube subscribe buttons, and there is no music, just voice audio. For some videos we add basic chapter titles. Typically an edit takes an hour.
- Shorts/Reels. Using Opus Clip, we take the long form video and split it into impactful shorts with captions. Generally, these require some light editing as Opus Clip can have slight misses. Typically this takes around 15 minutes.

For this roles, the expectations are as follows:
1. When your receive a video edit, you return it fully edited to the above standard within 48 hours. I will provide you with a google drive.
2. You communicate clearly at each stage.
