ABOUT US:
Wizard Media is a small company located in Las Vegas Nevada. We have an excellent team with some employees in the US and a few in the Philippines - and the management team is supportive.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a trustworthy and very good Virtual Assistant who is experienced with social media, has experience in conducting online searches, familiar or experienced with LinkedIn, Microsoft Word/Spreadsheet or Google Docs.
HOURS & PAY RATE
This is NOT a short term or temporary position. This is a long term position that starts part time with a few hours per day and can go up to 5 to 8 hours a day based on the good performance and upon the availability of work. Job training will be provided and you will be paid for it.
Minimum starting pay is 125 Peso up to maximum 150 Peso per hour ($2.50 to $3.00 per hour) depending on the experience and skills. The job requires you to work 5 days a week and you get Saturday and Sunday off.
JOB DUTY:
Work from home. Most of your day will be spent conducting LinkedIn prospect searches, posting prewritten messages and updating reports.
ABOUT YOU:
You must have very good written and verbal communication skills, very good comprehension, and excellent typing skills.
Must own a computer with reliable high bandwidth internet.
Experience or very good understanding of social media but more importantly LinkedIn.
Must be able to start work in the morning by or before 8:00 AM.
Must be available to participate in a weekly team meeting on Skype.
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Docs.
Must have very good organizational skills.
Must meet a daily work deadline.
Must be self-initiative, fast learner, adaptable, reliable, dependable, honest, problem solver and have excellent work ethics.
You must be focused, have self-discipline and understand prioritization of tasks to produce effective results in a timely very manner.
