Job Title: Creative Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Content Creation & Social Media

About the Role
I'm looking for a sharp, creative, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become a key part of my workflow. This isn't just a task-execution role — I want someone who brings ideas to the table, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about quality.

You'll be working across two lanes: getting things done efficiently and thinking creatively about how we do them better.

My industry is professional and leadership development. I provide Leadership Coaching, Trainings and Team Development and have an online blog.

What You'll Be Doing
Content & Social Media

Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts using Planable
Designing graphics and visuals in Canva
Writing blog content and assisting with content planning
Researching topics for blog posts and keeping content fresh and relevant

Lead Generation

Researching and building lead lists based on target criteria
Organizing and maintaining lead data in spreadsheets or CRM tools
Supporting outreach efforts with well-researched, targeted information

General Support

Working within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
Conducting research on competitors, trends, and industry topics
Helping keep projects organized and moving forward

Required Skills & Tools

Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Canva
Planable (or similar scheduling tools)
Strong written English
Research skills (leads + content)


Bonus Points For

Experience with Ads (Meta, Google, or similar)
WordPress content management
Basic SEO knowledge


Hours & Availability
This is a part-time role starting at 3–4 hours per day, with the flexibility to grow or adjust based on workload and performance. I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship — as we build trust and rhythm together, there's real potential for expanded hours and responsibilities.
