Remote Content Editor & Coordinator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote Content Editor & Coordinator to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys editing short-form content, creating graphics, and keeping social media organized and consistent.

You will NOT be responsible for coming up with content ideas or filming videos. Our in-house team handles strategy and content capture; your role is to bring the content to life through editing, graphics, captions, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form videos in CapCut for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit and organize photos for social media use
- Create graphics and simple marketing materials in Canva
- Write engaging captions based on provided content direction
- Schedule and publish content using:
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Studio
- YouTube Studio
- LinkedIn
- Maintain consistent branding and formatting across all platforms
- Stay organized with content calendars and posting schedules

Requirements:

- Experience editing videos in CapCut
- Experience designing graphics in Canva
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple pieces of content weekly

Position Details:

- Part-time remote position
- Flexible hours, but consistent weekly availability is required

- Basic understanding of U.S. social media trends
- Knowledge of trending short-form editing styles
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance
