We’re looking for sharp, empathetic, and quick-thinking Customer Service Representatives to join our Philippine-based remote team. This isn’t a "read from the script" kind of job. You’ll be managing real travel emergencies, helping members maximize their vacations, and earning extra cash through our referral program.
What You’ll Actually Do:
Be the Travel Hero: You’ll handle inbound calls from international travelers. One minute you’re booking a luxury stay in Orlando, the next you’re investigating why a hotel can’t find a guest’s reservation or helping a member whose husband can no longer travel.
Problem Solve on the Fly: You’ll navigate complex situations like "DNS" (Do Not Service) tags from old chargebacks, date changes when tour vendors are closed, and manual payment collections.
Manage the "VO" Experience: Help members with their Vacation Offer accounts, unlock blocked logins, and explain billing (like those pesky annual fees).
Give the Gift of Vacation (Earn Extra $$$): You’ll be trained on our Referral Incentive Program. When you help a customer refer a friend or family member, you earn incentives. We even have "Same-Day Activation" bonuses.
Coordinate "Bouncebacks": When a customer finishes a tour presentation, you’re the one booking their remaining stay and ensuring they get their promised perks (like those $100 Visa cards or Hard Rock vouchers).
What You Need to Bring:
Technical Setup (Non-Negotiable): * A reliable Windows 10+ PC/Laptop (No Macs, Chromebooks, or Tablets).
Wired Fiber internet (25 Mbps+)—stability is key when you're on a live call.
A power backup (UPS) and a secondary internet source (we work through outages!).
A high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.
The Vibe: Excellent English and a neutral accent. You need to sound professional yet approachable to our US-based travelers.
The Skills: You’re a "tab ninja"—comfortable moving between Zoho CRM, the VSF payment app, Verizon OneTalk, and Google Meet.
The Schedule: You must be okay with graveyard shifts, weekends, and PH holidays. Our customers are international, so we work when they travel.
