• Active sales of services: consulting, selecting optimal solutions, presenting service value, and effectively handling objections.
• Lead qualification: identifying customer needs, assessing urgency and complexity, determining the commercial potential of each request.
• Request dispatching: optimal scheduling of appliance repair technicians based on location and workload.
• Working within a CRM system: managing customer profiles, entering accurate data, tracking payment statuses.
• Increasing customer loyalty and repeat sales through high-quality service.
