Key Responsibilities
> Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare, dental, and high-volume staffing roles
> Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques to identify top talent
> Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
> Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs
> Coordinate with onshore hiring teams regarding candidate updates, interviews, and hiring requirements
> Negotiate compensation packages and effectively close candidates
> Meet aggressive placement and submission targets in a commission-driven environment
> Adapt sourcing and recruiting strategies based on changing client needs and market trends
Qualifications
> 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-volume staffing
> Strong ability to sell job opportunities, negotiate compensation, and close placements
> Proven experience sourcing both passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches
> Experience managing the entire recruitment process independently
> Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and online recruitment platforms
> Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
> Ability to work independently and remain highly motivated in a commission-only structure
> Strong track record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
> Ability to submit 40–50 qualified candidates weekly and achieve 5–10 hires monthly
> Highly organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-changing recruitment environment
