JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with leadership capability and UKG experience to help strengthen and scale recruitment operations within a fast-paced industrial and workforce-driven organization.

This is not an ordinary recruiter role.

We are looking for someone who understands that modern talent acquisition requires more than sourcing candidates—it requires strategic workforce planning, process optimization, ATS expertise, and strong operational execution.

Your Mission

You will lead and optimize recruitment operations while serving as a critical resource for applicant tracking systems, hiring workflows, and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
Build strong applicant pipelines for operational and leadership roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
Utilize and optimize UKG and ATS systems for recruiting efficiency
Ensure job postings remain competitive, current, and strategically positioned
Screen and evaluate candidates with strong analytical judgment
Coordinate interviews and hiring stages

Manage employment metrics, including:

Time-to-fill
Funnel conversion
Candidate quality
Turnover trends
Improve recruitment workflows for speed and quality
Support compliance with hiring regulations
Build workforce partnerships with schools, job fairs, and community channels
Strengthen employer brand
Assist in onboarding and new hire process execution
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on recruitment process improvements

Required Qualifications

2–5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Strong recruiting systems and ATS experience
UKG experience strongly preferred
Experience managing recruiting workflows within HRIS platforms
High-volume hiring experience
Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination capability
Recruiting metrics and reporting proficiency
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
