We’re hiring a Website UI Designer to help create landing pages, ecommerce layouts, offer sections, mobile experiences, and website components that feel polished and intentional.
This role exists so:
Pages feel visually clear and conversion-focused
Brands stay consistent across layouts and components
Creative ideas become usable web experiences
Developers receive organized, thoughtful design files
This is not about making random trendy graphics.
This is about designing experiences people can actually use.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You won’t just be making mockups.
You’ll be helping structure how users move through a website.
As a Website UI Designer, you will:
Design website sections, landing pages, and ecommerce layouts in Figma
Create clean desktop and mobile UI designs
Organize visual hierarchy and spacing for clarity and conversion
Build reusable components and design systems
Design offer blocks, product sections, comparison layouts, and conversion-focused elements
Work closely with marketing and creative teams on page structure and flow
Prepare organized files for developers and implementation
Follow brand guidelines while improving overall usability and visual quality
Organize revisions, feedback, and approvals inside ClickUp
You are not expected to code.
You are expected to:
Think visually
Organize information clearly
Design layouts that feel intentional and easy to use

Understands spacing, hierarchy, and layout structure
Is comfortable designing in Figma
Enjoys clean, conversion-focused UI
Notices visual inconsistency and naturally wants to improve it
Can take feedback without ego
Communicates clearly and works well inside systems
