Sales Closer & Client Success Representative — Lawn Care Company (Canada)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer every inbound call and return every missed call within 10 minutes
• Respond to all quote requests from our website same day
• Present our programs confidently and close clients over the phone
• Follow up with leads who didn't book on the first call
• Handle client questions, scheduling, and basic concerns
• Keep our booking schedule updated in real time
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken and written English — you will be on calls with Canadian clients daily
• Previous sales or customer service experience — at least 1 year
• Confident, warm, and persuasive on the phone
• Self motivated — you work independently without being micromanaged
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Available strictly Monday to Friday 8am–6pm Eastern Time
• Smartphone and laptop or desktop computer
WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Base: $400–500/month
Bonus: $5 for every program sold

Our programs range from $499 to $999. A closer who books 3–4 programs a week earns an extra $50–100/month on top of base. The leads are already coming in — we just need someone to close them.
