Outbound Appointment Setter (High Volume / Commission-Only)

Our closing team is completely buried with back-to-back calendars. We just brought on another closer, and now we need a driven, high-energy Appointment Setter to keep the machine fed and running.

If you have the grit to dial hard, follow a proven script, and want to scale into a Closer role, this is your seat.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage outbound SMS leads and immediately call back positive responses.
Lock in 10–15 quality booked appointments per day for the closing team.
Maintain high-volume outreach and lightning-fast follow-ups (no babysitting here).

Compensation & Earning Potential:
On-track-earnings $2500 - $4000 pm
Bonus cash on milestones
Proven Results: Our top setter made $3,500 last month doing exactly this.

Note: We have one of the highest positive response rates in the agency space right now - leads are NOT the problem.

Requirements:
Flawless English communication skills (verbal and written).
Thick skin, high discipline, and a competitive mindset.
Coachability and the drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
