Affiliate Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a driven, trend-savvy Affiliate Social Media Manager to help grow and lead our affiliate community. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media culture, knows how to motivate teams, and can create strategies that turn engagement into growth.

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role once systems and performance are fully dialed in.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate affiliate tea ---------- mbers
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates
- Create weekly/monthly game plans for affiliate growth
- Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and platform updates
- Help affiliates improve content performance and engagement
- Develop creative strategies to increase reach, conversions, and brand awareness
- Communicate consistently with affiliates and maintain positive team energy
- Brainstorm campaign ideas, promotions, and growth opportunities
- Monitor social media performance and identify winning content strategies

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of current trends, viral formats, and content strategies
- Experience managing online communities, affiliate teams, or social media accounts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and creative
- Ability to create actionable growth plans and execute them
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Position Details:
- Part-Time Position
- Pay: $400–$500/month
