JOB OVERVIEW

Company: My Backyard Sports, LLC / Game Tile Courts
Location: 100% Remote (US Eastern Time overlap preferred)
Type: Part-Time, Long-Term Contractor (Room to Grow)

About Us
My Backyard Sports (MBS) builds and installs premium courts across NJ, NY, CT, and TX. Game Tile Courts (GTC) is our modular court tile brand at ---------- . We are a small, fast-moving team looking to put AI to work across the business.

The Role
We want an AI builder who can design solutions and turn them into working systems. You will help us connect our tools and build practical AI systems for lead generation, customer response, marketing content, and internal operations.

This is a hands-on builder role — not a prompt-writing role. You will work directly with ownership and help shape how AI gets implemented across the business.

What You Will Work On
- Lead capture, qualifying, and routing into JobTread
- AI voice and chat agents for GTC lead response (YourAtlas and similar)
- AI video and creative content for marketing (HeyGen, Higgsfield)
- Web builds and fixes on our GTC site (Lovable)
- Automations connecting our stack: n8n, JobTread, QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Sheets
- Internal tools that help our sales and project teams move faster

Requirements
- Real AI agents and automations you can show us (GitHub, Loom, screenshots, or live links)
- Hands-on experience with n8n, plus HeyGen, Lovable, Higgsfield, YourAtlas, or similar tools
- Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) APIs
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript — enough to build, debug, and maintain integrations
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
- Strong written English
- Able to work independently and document what you build

How to Apply
Please send a message that includes:
1. The word COURTSIDE at the top so we know you read this fully
2. Links to 2–3 AI tools or automations you have personally built
3. The platforms and programming languages you work with
4. Your available hours per week and earliest possible start date
5. Your hourly rate in USD

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
