About the Business
I’m a Sales Operations Specialist / OBM / COO / CRO supporting multi 6 and 7 figure coaches and service providers with backend operations, revenue strategy, sales systems, and scaling support.
As the business continues to grow, I’m looking for creative support to help me stay consistent online while maintaining a strong, authentic personal brand presence.
This role is ideal for someone highly creative, proactive, organised, and confident bringing ideas to life through content and branding.
Role Overview
I’m looking for a Content & Creative Assistant to support with:
Instagram content creation
Carousel design
Reels editing
Video editing
Branding & visual consistency
Content planning and creative direction
I love writing my own copy and sharing ideas naturally, so authenticity is extremely important to me.
This is not a role for someone who relies heavily on AI-generated content or generic trends.
I want someone who can:
Support my natural voice
Help shape ideas into strong content
Create a visually strong and recognisable brand
Bring creativity and initiative to the role
Responsibilities
> Content Creation
Design Instagram carousels
Edit Reels and short-form video content
Create engaging graphics and visual assets
Support with content formatting and scheduling

Help brainstorm content ideas
Suggest topics, trends, and filming ideas
Help organise spontaneous ideas into content plans
Assist with maintaining content consistency
>Branding & Visual Identity
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand style
Ensure content feels premium, eye-catching, and aligned
Create a strong and recognisable Instagram presence
Improve overall brand consistency across content
What I’m Looking For
Essential Skills
Strong graphic design skills
Experience creating Instagram carousels and Reels
Video editing experience
Excellent English communication skills
Strong understanding of personal branding and social media marketing
Ability to work independently and proactively

Consistent branding is a major focus for this role
Hours & Pay
$8–$10 USD per hour
Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially
Opportunity for hours and responsibilities to grow over time
