JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify, research, and qualify potential clients and strategic partners. This role will support business growth through prospect research, outreach, lead tracking, and endorsing qualified opportunities to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and strategic business partners
Build prospect databases and identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, COOs, Founders, Directors, and Operations Managers
Conduct market and industry research for possible outsourcing and staffing opportunities
Perform initial outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other approved channels
Professionally introduce the company’s services and start conversations with potential clients
Create and maintain organized lead generation trackers accessible to management
Keep accurate records of outreach activities, lead statuses, and updates
Endorse interested leads for discovery calls and next steps
Work closely with leadership to review lead quality and business opportunities

Tools Preferred:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ---------- , Loxo, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Excel, and Zoom.

Qualifications

Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, staffing, recruitment, or BPO preferred
Strong English communication skills
Strong research and organization skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Experience with CRM or lead generation tools is a plus
