Part Time
$6 to $10 per hour

We're looking for a mildly obsessive technophile who sees a manual process and immediately starts thinking about how to kill it.
We're a fast-moving Health-sharing advisory company. Our ops run lean, our team takes ownership, and we have no shortage of things to fix. We need someone who lives and breathes automation — not for the novelty of it, but because inefficiency genuinely irritates them.
What you'll be doing
- You'll work directly with our leadership team to identify and eliminate inefficiencies across the business. That means connecting tools that should already be talking to each other, automating workflows that are currently running on willpower, and deploying AI where it actually saves time — not just for show.
- This is a contract role with real scope, real impact, and no shortage of problems worth solving.
What you need to bring
- Spreadsheet automation: You turn bloated, formula-riddled sheets into clean, automated systems.
- API integrations: If there's a webhook or an endpoint, connecting platforms is second nature.
- HubSpot fluency: Workflows, pipelines, properties, and reporting — you've been in the weeds before.
- AI tools & implementation: You know OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and the others — and you know how to put them to work.
Who you are
- You find inefficiency genuinely irritating — and you do something about it
- You translate business problems into technical solutions without needing everything spelled out
- You ship. You don't gold-plate. You get things working, then make them better.
- You're comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with a non-technical team
- You stay current — because you actually want to, not because you have to
