Senior Revit Architect

We are currently seeking a Freelance Senior Revit Architect with extensive Middle East experience and a minimum of 15 years in the field.



The ideal candidate should have a strong background in a variety of project types, including residential buildings, villas, commercial developments, warehouses, and exhibition halls. A high level of expertise in Revit is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling issues efficiently.



The role requires close coordination with project managers based in Dubai, as well as leadership of the team in the Philippines. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing and guiding team members to meet project requirements and deadlines. Willingness to work on-site (Manila)



Technical

· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (families, worksharing, phasing, detailing)

· Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling workflows and standards

· Ability to troubleshoot complex modeling and coordination issues quickly

· Works seamlessly with structural, MEP, and other disciplines



Leadership & Team Management

Guides junior architects and modelers with clarity and patience
Delegates tasks effectively and reviews work for quality control
Maintains team productivity while meeting deadlines


Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM Ph time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
