JOB OVERVIEW

As a YouTube Marketer for this team you will be responsible for working on YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.

As we continue to evolve our subscription services beyond YT Premium, we are driving subscriptions to YouTube TV (US) and YouTube Music (Global). As part of the YouTube Marketing Team, your mission is to deepen consumer engagement with our products and build YouTube TV, Music and Red into the most beloved subscription experiences. Additionally, you will have the chance to support the YouTube brand through innovative media campaigns.

You will work closely with our internal Content Marketing Managers to transform product marketing strategy into advanced media plans to drive great content discoverability and conversion, ultimately resulting in a delightful user experience. You’re equally comfortable talking the latest digital channels, data and analytics, creative strategy and optimization strategies. You thrive on experimentation and constantly seek out ways to improve the trajectory of key business metrics.


Responsibilities
*Support global digital and user engagement media programs for YouTube and manage all tactical aspects of running a campaign, particularly for campaigns which run on YouTube and within the Google stack.
*Act as a Media Planner, Media Tech and Account Manager to promote the vibrancy of the YouTube platform.
*Create high impact and innovative media programs through partnerships, integrations and other tactics to drive interest and excitement in YouTube products.
*Drive data-driven impact analysis to assess investment impact and value to the business.
*Provide creative thinking and problem solving to support and drive celebrity and entertainment campaigns and look to consistently include digital media best practices and innovation.

Requirements:
*Client-side and agency experience managing integrated campaigns.
*Experience working on an entertainment, music or an internet brand.
*Proven track record of using media to acquire, engage and nurture users throughout the funnel including creative innovations in storytelling through media platform, integrations, partnerships, etc.
*Passionate about all things YouTube and hyper-knowledgeable about the entertainment and media industry and Internet culture.
*Superb program management skills with attention to detail and thrive in an extremely dynamic environment.
*Excellent business acumen with the ability to thrive in ambiguity. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to use data to drive actionable ---------- erested applicants may apply here:
