I'm hiring a detail-oriented VA to apply to senior tech roles and do LinkedIn outreach on my behalf for the next 7 months.

What you'll do daily (2 hours/day, Mon-Fri):

Find relevant roles on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Wellfound
Apply directly via company career pages (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), NOT LinkedIn Easy Apply
Customize cover letters using a template I provide
Find the recruiter or hiring manager on LinkedIn and send a short personalized connection note for every role applied to
Log everything in a Google Sheet tracker
Follow up once on applications 5-7 days old

Target output: 8-10 quality applications + 8-10 LinkedIn outreach messages per day
Requirements:

Strong English writing, outreach must sound human, not copy-pasted
Experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn to find hiring managers
Reliable internet, consistent availability Mon-Fri
Detail-oriented, wrong resume variant or sloppy outreach = wasted application
