High-Detail Sculpting Specialist - Scaling 15cm model to 3 Meters (ZBrush/Blender)

I have a highly detailed sculpture (Roman General style) currently optimized for 15cm height printing. I need a specialist to upscale this model to be printed at 3 METERS height.

Your task:
- Increase mesh density and surface detail to ensure no polygons are visible at 3m scale.
- Refine details on the armor, face, and drapery to maintain high fidelity at large scale.
- Ensure the model is watertight and technically perfect for industrial-scale 3D printing.
- I will handle the splitting/slicing of the model myself; I only need the high-quality source file.

Requirements:
- Expert level in ZBrush or high-end 3D sculpting.
- Experience with large-scale 3D printing assets.
- Must provide a portfolio showing high-detail character work.
