We are looking for a highly skilled video editor with REAL experience working on successful YouTube faceless channels.

You MUST have previous experience editing videos that generated strong performance in terms of:

* views
* audience retention
* watch time
* viral growth

We are NOT looking for beginners.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with YouTube faceless / YouTube automation channels
* Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling and retention
* Ability to create engaging long-form and short-form content
* Experience using stock footage, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design and cinematic editing
