Meta Media Buyer (Full-Time, Dedicated Client)
Compensation: PHP 115,000/month
Payment Schedule: 10th and 25th of each month
Start Date: 25th of May
We're a performance marketing agency that partners with brands across multiple verticals — coaching, education, e-commerce, and B2B services.
We've secured a 1-year contract with an Australian e-commerce company, and we're looking for a Meta Media Buyer to be the dedicated ads specialist on this account. You'll work directly with the client and their team, owning the full media buying function — from strategy and campaign builds to daily optimization, reporting, and creative direction.
This is not a button-pushing role. We need someone who thinks like a strategist, moves like an operator, and communicates like a partner. If you get excited watching a winning ad scale — or feel genuine discomfort when CPA creeps up with no explanation — keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build, structure, and launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch (CBO, ABO, ASC+)
Develop and execute testing frameworks for creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers
Ensure airtight pre-launch setup: naming conventions, UTM tracking, pixel/CAPI configuration, attribution settings (7DC + 1DEV), and link verification
Daily Account Management & Optimization
Monitor the account daily and act decisively on what you see
Track and interpret KPIs: CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumb-Stop Rate, Conversion Rate
Scale winning campaigns responsibly — know when to push spend and when to hold
Kill underperformers fast, refresh fatigued creatives, and reallocate budgets with purpose
Spot anomalies, delivery issues, and algorithm shifts before they become problems
Creative Performance & Feedback
Analyze which hooks, angles, formats, and concepts are driving results
Provide clear, actionable creative briefs and feedback to the design and video team
Identify what's working in direct response e-commerce right now and why
Collaborate on ad copy: headlines, primary text, and CTAs across multiple creative formats
Reporting & Client Communication
Prepare structured daily and weekly performance reports with context, not just numbers
Communicate the "what" and the "why" — insights and recommendations, not data dumps
Flag risks and opportunities proactively
Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to the client and their team
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management — you live inside Ads Manager, not just visit
Proven experience managing campaigns for e-commerce brands (ideally DTC/Shopify)
Experience working with Australian businesses or familiarity with the Australian consumer market — understanding local buying behavior, seasonal trends, and what resonates with AU audiences is a strong advantage
Deep understanding of Meta's auction system, delivery optimization, creative testing methodology, and current attribution models
Strong analytical thinking — you can look at a dashboard and tell a story about what's happening and what to do next
Excellent written communication in English
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable — you don't wait to be told what to check
Available to start on the 25th
Bonus: Experience with Shopify analytics, Google Ads, or AI-powered creative tools
References
Please include at least one or two professional references with your application. Ideal references are former clients, direct managers, or business owners you've managed ad accounts for. For each reference, please provide:

We may reach out to your references during the final stage of the hiring process. If you have case studies, performance screenshots, or portfolio links that demonstrate your results, we welcome those as well.

Opportunity to grow into a senior strategist or team lead as we scale
