About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Onboarding & Marketplace Specialist to support international e-commerce clients — mainly from Asia — with marketplace onboarding, operational support, account management, and compliance coordination across European markets.
You will work closely with our internal operations team and assist clients throughout the full onboarding and marketplace setup process.
Main Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support
Guide new clients through the onboarding process
Assist with account creation and marketplace registrations
Coordinate collection and verification of required documents
Support clients with compliance and operational requirements
Communicate with clients mainly from Asia in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate between clients, marketplaces, logistics partners, and internal teams
Marketplace Management
Assist with onboarding and management of marketplace accounts
Support listing optimization and marketplace compliance
Coordinate account verification processes
Monitor marketplace performance and operational issues
Help resolve marketplace-related tickets and restrictions

Operational Tasks
Coordinate VAT and compliance documentation
Support account health and verification processes
Assist with logistics and fulfillment coordination
Maintain organized internal records and workflows
Communicate with partners and service providers
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with e-commerce or marketplaces preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplaces is a plus
