Google SEO Website Specialist

I have an accounting and tax firm in Ontario, Canada. I need a website and Google advertising specialist to help with:
- Revamping my website (My website is very basic. I want to make a new website that looks more professional, impressive so potential clients think the firm is not a small unprofessional firm. If you do not build websites, let me know what you do and where I can go to build a website)
- Google ranking in a search (I also want to rank highly in a Google search if someone searches "Accountant/Tax/Bookkeeper etc. [city name]".)
- Google Maps search optimization (I heard that there is a way to show up more prominently in Google maps searches in your city)
- Google Ads (I'd like to test this as a potential marketing funnel, but I'd like to focus on the new website and start building my SEO ranking first)
- Any other online advertising suggestions you have
