Xero certified bookkeeper or accountant with research skills

We are looking for a part-time accountant to join our business. Your role will be to manage and generate reports on the financial aspects of our business.

Currently this work is scoped to 3 hours per week.

You must certified in Xero, and a professional qualification such as CPA would be highly regarded.

As part of this role, and if you would like more hours, we are also recruiting for a part-time property research analyst. In this role you would follow a structured process (that we show you) to do research on properties to determine their suitability for Airbnb arbitrage. This will be 4 hours per week.
