Video Editor Wanted — Long Form + Short Form Content | Australian Hospitality Brand

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're Kebab Nation Grill House — a fast-growing hospitality brand based in Australia. We're building out our content operation and looking for a skilled video editor to join us on an ongoing basis.
What you'll be editing:

YouTube Podcast (long form) — professional and corporate in presentation, but modern and engaging in style. Think clean cuts, dynamic text, good pacing, and subtle motion graphics that keep viewers watching.
Short Form Clips — repurposed from long form podcast content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. You'll identify the best ---------- nts and turn them into punchy, scroll-stopping clips.
Social Media Content — general Instagram posts, Reels, and TikTok edits as needed.

What we're looking for:

Strong portfolio showing both long form and short form work
Fluent, professional written and spoken English
Extremely deadline-driven — we work to a content calendar and late delivery is not acceptable
Proactive communicator — we want someone who flags issues early, not at the last minute
Comfortable with feedback and fast turnarounds
Familiar with current trends across YouTube and short form platforms
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools

This is a long-term role for the right person. We're not after a one-off — we want someone who grows with the brand and understands our style over time.
