Virtual Assistant – Evening Upload + Social Media & Graphics
Part-Time / As Needed | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity
6 PM – 8 PM PST (with additional hours during busy days)
Starting at $5/hour

We’re Hickman Aerial — a real estate media company based in the Pacific Northwest. We help real estate agents market homes through high-quality photography, video, drone work, and media services.

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Assistant to help with:
* Evening upload and order coordination
* Canva graphics creation
* Social media management and content planning

Responsibilities
Evening Upload & Ordering
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time
* Sending raw media files to our editing team/vendors
* Checking Dropbox folders for uploads
* Assisting with evening order coordination
* Communicating updates, edits, and file status with the team
* Catching missing details and double-checking orders

Graphics Creation & SMM
Flexible/Freelance Hours
* Creating graphics in Canva and/or similar platforms
* Creating simple reels/B-roll edits
* Scheduling and managing social media content
* Helping plan content calendars and content pillars
* Suggesting creative content ideas and trends

What We’re Looking For
* Strong Canva/design skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive communicator
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
* Reliable internet connection
* Wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow

Bonus Skills (Plus)
Experience with real estate media platforms/tools is a HUGE plus ????
