Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to manage and enhance our GoHighLevel systems and automation processes. This role focuses on building efficient workflows, improving CRM functionality, supporting marketing operations, and ensuring all systems operate seamlessly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable handling multiple sub-accounts, automation platforms, campaign setups, and third-party integrations while collaborating with internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
Core Duties
CRM Administration & Data Organization
Maintain and organize contact records, leads, and pipeline opportunities within GoHighLevel
Keep CRM data accurate by updating records, removing duplicates, and segmenting audiences
Handle data imports, exports, and database maintenance tasks
Monitor overall CRM performance and ensure data management standards are followed
Workflow Automation & System Setup
Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, onboarding, and sales processes
Configure triggers, actions, and pipeline automations for smooth customer journeys
Test workflows regularly to identify and resolve technical issues
Improve automation efficiency and recommend scalable solutions
Funnels, Pages & Form Management
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, booking systems, forms, and surveys inside GHL
Ensure assets are connected to the correct domains and automation sequences
Perform quality checks to confirm proper tracking, notifications, and data collection
Maintain branding consistency across all customer-facing pages
Campaign Management
Launch and monitor
Develop engagement sequences, reactivation campaigns, and automated communication flows
Monitor deliverability performance and resolve spam or bounce-related issues
Create reusable templates aligned with brand messaging
Integrations & Technical Support
Connect and maintain integrations with platforms such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, calendars, payment systems, and social channels
Troubleshoot integration or sync issues as they arise
Ensure all connected systems are functioning efficiently and reliably
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Create dashboards and reports to track campaign results, lead movement, and automation performance
Deliver recurring reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Analyze system data to identify areas for optimization and growth
Documentation & Operational Improvements
Document automations, workflows, and internal processes for reference and scalability
Maintain SOPs, templates, and process documentation
Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations
Additional Marketing Assistance
Assist with scheduling and publishing digital content when required
Support simple landing page designs and marketing asset setup
Help execute lead generation initiatives and promotional funnels
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel CRM
Strong understanding of automation logic, workflows, triggers, and campaign configuration
Experience creating funnels, forms, surveys, landing pages, and appointment systems
Knowledge of
Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Make, and HubSpot
Ability to manage CRM databases and reporting dashboards effectively
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Understanding of digital marketing concepts including lead generation and nurture campaigns
Preferred (Not Required)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress
