Shopify & AI Virtual Assistant for Campervan Company

Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing campervan and e-commerce company based in New Zealand looking for a smart and reliable virtual assistant to help support our online store, admin systems, and content workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, good with technology, has strong English writing skills, and enjoys improving systems and product listings.

You must be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to help complete tasks faster and more accurately.

Main tasks include:

Improving Shopify product listings
Finding better product and lifestyle images
Checking supplier pricing and product information
Updating collections, tags, SKUs and categories
Checking products are active across all sales channels
Writing and improving product descriptions using ChatGPT
Basic social media support and scheduling
Spreadsheet and admin support
Researching products and competitors
Helping improve systems and workflows

Requirements:

Shopify experience
Good written English
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
Reliable internet and computer
Able to work independently

Hours:
Must be available weekdays between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM New Zealand time.
