AI Character Generation Specialist / LoRA Model Specialist

We are a digital marketing agency working with multiple online brands and social media projects. Our team focuses on performance marketing, automation, and AI-driven growth strategies.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, building marketing funnels, and using AI tools to improve marketing performance, not just running ads.

Salary: $600 – $1500/month (depending on experience and skills)

Responsibilities
• Create & test AI-generated avatars and marketing creatives
• Build and test marketing funnels
• Launch & optimize ad campaigns
• Analyze data and improve conversion rates
• Use AI tools for research, creatives, and optimization
• Experiment with new growth strategies and report insights

Requirements
• Experience in paid ads or performance marketing
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, image tools, automation)
• Ability to build/test simple funnels
• Strong analytical thinking
• Independent worker with good English communication

Nice to Have
• Funnel builders / landing page tools
• AI-generated content or avatars
• Meta Ads experience
• Interest in automation and AI workflows
