???? Your Role (What You’ll Own)

You will own the entire communication flow from enquiry ? support ? conversion ? follow-up.
This is not a passive admin role.
You are a key part of our sales engine.

???? Your Core Responsibilities

- Respond to all enquiries (Email, Social Media, Calls)
- Fast, professional, and conversion-focused.
- CRM Management (BoothBook)
- Keep everything clean, updated, and actionable.
- Sales Support
- Assist with proposals, follow-ups, and moving leads forward.
- Pre & Post Event Communication
- Ensure clients feel looked after before AND after their event.
- Lead Generation Support
- Identify and prospect potential new leads for the sales team.

? Working Hours

Monday to Friday
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM NZT (30 min break)
No weekend work

???? Compensation

Starting from $8 NZD/hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses for leads that convert into bookings

???? What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)

- Response time consistently under 5–10 minutes
- High-quality, personalised replies (not templated spam)
- CRM always clean and up-to-date
- Sales team supported with accurate, timely info
- Clear contribution to increased bookings

???? Who We’re Looking For

You’re not just “a VA”—you’re a fast, detail-driven communicator who understands sales.
Must-have traits:

? Fast responder (speed matters in sales)

???? Sales-minded (you know how to move conversations forward)
???? Detail-obsessed (nothing slips through)
???? Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
???? Social media savvy

Bonus:
Experience in events, weddings, or hospitality

You take hours to reply to messages
Your English is not strong
You avoid video calls (camera must be ON)
You are juggling multiple full-time jobs
